Hi, I am Adam. I build Panel Biznesu myself.

Panel Biznesu was not born in an agency or a product department. It was born at my desk, for a very down-to-earth reason.

Where it came from

I had two websites of my own, and every change of a single sentence ended with digging through code. It annoyed me, even though I had built those sites myself. I thought: if it annoys me, it must be far worse for the owner of a salon, a garage or a guest house who has nothing to do with code.

The seed was already there. In Algebra i Spółka, my maths tutoring platform, I had built a panel with bookings, students and payments. For the other site I had a PDF proposal generator and e-mails that send themselves. All it needed was to be put in order so that a small business could use it without my help.

Why a “panel” and not a “website builder”

Because the website is only chapter one. It is where a business introduces itself and gets its first messages. Then comes the rest: reply, agree on a date, send a proposal, issue a bill, remind about the visit and lose nobody on the way. All of that happens in the panel, from the same account the website lives on.

What I brought back from Germany

For five years I planned people, shifts and transport at staffing agencies in Germany. For one client I staffed around 260 people across seven departments. One rule stayed with me: a good system usually beats a good memory. Panel Biznesu is exactly that kind of system, sized for a small business.

What already runs

Algebra i Spółka (algebraispolka.pl) is my maths learning platform. Students book lessons, pay and learn in one place, and exam papers solve themselves on the board step by step.

Planer Operacyjny (planer-operacyjny.pages.dev) is something I built for companies that send crews out into the field: jobs in a calendar, people on a map and a PDF visit report.

How I work

Before I suggest anything, I ask what the path of one client looks like today: where they come from, who replies, where you note the date and how you know they have paid. Only then do we pick the panel tabs. If a website with a form and ordinary e-mail is enough, I say so.

I write code together with AI tools. I decide what should be built, choose the solutions, test and fix until it works the way it should.
