Terms of service

1. Provider

Billing status: działalność nierejestrowana do progu ustawowego albo dane rejestrowe podawane w zaakceptowanej ofercie/umowie. Prices shown on the website are indicative. The final price depends on scope, domain cost, personalisation, integrations, delivery timeline and the accepted offer.

2. Service scope

Panel Biznesu provides ready-made industry websites, website plus admin panel implementations, CRM, bookings, message templates, PDF offers and individually agreed add-ons. It is not a multi-month custom software project built from scratch. The exact scope follows the pricing page, contact form, e-mail confirmation or accepted offer.

3. Agreement and delivery

1. The agreement is concluded when the client accepts the scope and price, and for online payments after payment is received.
2. Work starts after the client provides the required materials, such as logo, contact details, service descriptions, photos, domain or domain access.
3. Delivery dates are indicative until the scope is accepted and materials are complete.
4. Out-of-scope changes, extra integrations, SMS, online payments, mobile apps and major copywriting are quoted separately.

4. Client materials and attachments

The client is responsible for the legality and accuracy of materials supplied for the site or panel, including photos, logos, copy, price lists, terms, PDF offers and uploaded attachments. The provider may refuse to publish unlawful, misleading, unsafe or third-party-infringing materials.

5. Prices, payment and subscription

1. Current prices are shown on the pricing page. PLN applies to the Polish market. EUR prices follow the conversion rule shown in the offer.
2. Website-only packages are paid once and do not require a subscription.
3. Website + Panel packages include one-time setup and a monthly subscription for the panel and server-side features.
4. The subscription is paid in advance. Non-payment may limit access to the panel after prior contact with the client.
5. External provider costs, such as domains, SMS, online payments, e-mail, analytics or integrations, may be billed separately.

6. Cancellation and export

The client may cancel the panel subscription effective at the end of the paid billing period. After termination, the client may receive a reasonable data export, usually CSV. Data is deleted according to the privacy policy, data processing agreement and agreed retention rules.

7. Consumers and withdrawal

If the client acts as a consumer or as a sole trader covered by consumer-like protection under Polish law, the client has rights provided by consumer regulations. As a rule, a distance contract may be withdrawn from within 14 days. If the client asks for the service to start before that period ends, the client may lose the right of withdrawal for the performed part or be required to pay for work already performed, according to applicable law.

8. Complaints and liability

Complaints should be sent to kontakt@panelbiznesu.pl. We respond within 14 days unless more information is needed. The provider does not guarantee a specific number of leads, bookings, search rankings or revenue. In B2B relations, liability is limited to the amount paid for the service concerned, unless such limitation is not allowed by law.

9. Personal data

Personal data rules are described in the privacy policy. If the client uses the panel to store their customers' data, the client remains the controller and the provider acts as processor under a GDPR data processing agreement.
