Do I have to take a subscription? ▾
No, if a website alone is enough. You pay once with no monthly fee. The subscription applies only to Website + Panel packages.
Can I start with a website and add the panel later? ▾
Yes. Many businesses start with a one-time website and add the panel after a few months. We then scope panel setup and subscription separately.
What about the domain? ▾
The domain is included in the setup price for the first year. If you already have one, we connect it at no extra charge. Renewals from year two are paid to the registrar, usually 30 to 60 €/year.
How long does setup take? ▾
Website Start usually takes 2-3 business days after we collect materials. Standard and Premium usually take 5-10 business days. Website + Panel is scheduled separately because it depends on panel scope.
Where are online payments and SMS? ▾
Those are add-ons quoted separately. Website + Panel includes panel, CRM and bookings. Payment or SMS integration is scoped and priced to your needs.
Can I have a mobile app? ▾
Yes, but a mobile app is not promised in the base setup price. PWA or Android/iOS is a separate scope, quoted after a short check of whether it will actually help your customers.
Can I cancel the panel subscription? ▾
Yes, at the end of the current billing period. You receive a CSV export of your data. The website keeps running because it is independent from the subscription.
Where is my data stored? ▾
Data is stored with infrastructure providers used by Panel Biznesu. For CRM features we sign a data processing agreement and agree data retention rules.
